Founded in 2010 by David W. Richardson, DDS, ImplantDataVault, LLC is a privately held database firm specializing in Implant data storage for private practice Oral Surgeons, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, General Dentists, group practices and Educational Institutions.

Dr. Richardson is certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is in the private practice of Prosthodontics in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dr. Richardson holds a BA degree in experimental psychology from Revelle College, UC San Diego. He earned his DDS degree from Georgetown University, Washington, DC, in 1982. Dr. Richardson graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a combined certificate in Prosthodontics and Periodontics. Dr. Richardson held Associate Professor of Prosthodontics positions at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. He has numerous published articles in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, the International Journal of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry.

Since 1999, Dr. Richardson has developed in-office database solutions for Patient data storage utilizing FileMaker Pro.
